Quotations and Pricing

All quotations issued by Custom Papers Cup are provided for informational purposes and remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate product information before an order is confirmed. Prices may change due to:

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that contains incomplete, misleading, or unlawful information. Orders are considered accepted only after:

• Digital proofs have been approved.
• Manufacturing specifications have been verified.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing every detail of the final proof before granting approval. Please verify:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Design placement

Once the artwork has been approved, production will begin. Custom Papers Cup is not responsible for errors discovered after customer approval.

Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, and other materials submitted for printing. By providing artwork, customers grant Custom Papers Cup a limited license to reproduce those materials solely for manufacturing the ordered products.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Custom Papers Cup harmless against claims arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Ownership of Production Files

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all production files, dielines, layouts, print-ready artwork, structural templates, and manufacturing specifications created by Custom Papers Cup remain our exclusive property. Customers receive ownership of the finished products but not editable production files.

Product Specifications

Every custom paper cup is manufactured according to customer-approved specifications. They are considered commercially acceptable within normal manufacturing tolerances. Minor production variations involving:

• Cup dimensions
• Print alignment
• Cutting
• Coating
• Folding
• Color density

Color Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to reproduce printed colors accurately. Minor color variations are standard within commercial printing and do not constitute manufacturing defects. Customers requiring precise color reproduction should request Pantone (PMS) color matching before production. However, slight color differences may occur because of:

• Printing equipment
• Paper materials
• Ink absorption
• Surface coatings
• Lighting conditions

Food Safety

Our paper cups are manufactured using food-grade materials intended for beverage packaging. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected materials and coatings are appropriate for their intended application and comply with local regulations applicable to their products.

Production Schedule

Standard production schedules are estimates only and may vary depending on order complexity, production capacity, material availability, or seasonal demand. Custom Papers Cup is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Production begins only after:

• Payment confirmation
• Artwork approval
• Final specification review

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed. Transit schedules depend on third-party shipping carriers. Customers should allow adequate time when ordering products for events, promotions, or business operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Severe weather
• Transportation disruptions
• Customs inspections
• Labor disputes
• Government actions
• Carrier delays
• Force majeure events

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed before production begins. Customers remain responsible for any transaction fees imposed by financial institutions. Accepted payment methods may include:

Order Modifications

Customers may request order changes before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, modifications may not be possible. If production changes can be accommodated, additional charges and revised production schedules may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before manufacturing begins. Because all products are custom-made, cancellations after production has started are generally not accepted. If cancellation is approved before production, artwork preparation, setup, or administrative charges may be deducted from any refund.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible claims generally include verified manufacturing defects or production errors attributable to Custom Papers Cup. Claims involving customer-approved artwork, acceptable color variations, or changes in preference are generally not eligible for refunds.

Customer Responsibilities

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may limit available remedies. Customers agree to:

• Review proofs carefully.

• Provide complete shipping information.
